Need help paying for your medications? Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Schedule your first appointment
We’ll get you set up and learn more about your needs.

2️⃣ Bring your information
This may include ID, proof of income, and any insurance details (if you have it).

3️⃣ Meet with our team
We’ll review your eligibility, medications, and answer your questions.

4️⃣ Get connected to care
If you qualify, you’ll receive your medications at no cost and ongoing support to manage your health.

It’s simple. It’s supportive. And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Have questions before getting started? We’re here to help. 💙

Allergy season is here 🤧🌼

Don’t wait until symptoms hit—get ahead of them.

💊 Pharmacy tip: Start your allergy medication before your symptoms peak. Taking antihistamines or using nasal sprays early can help prevent your body from going into full reaction mode.

Other ways to stay ahead:
• Keep windows closed on high pollen days
• Shower after being outdoors
• Change clothes to remove pollen
• Check daily pollen counts

A little preparation now can make a big difference all season long.

Need help finding the right option? We’re here for you. 💙

Not true. 👇

You can still use Charitable Pharmacy even if you have insurance.

We support both uninsured neighbors and those with coverage who need extra help accessing medications.

Because care should be accessible—period. 💙

It’s hard to follow a nutrition plan when:
• You live in a food desert
• Healthy foods cost more
• You’re choosing between groceries and medication

Chronic illness disproportionately affects underserved communities.

Access to medication is critical.
Access to healthy food is equally important.

True health equity requires both.

Heart disease remains one of the leading chronic conditions in our community.

Nutrition can help:
• Reduce sodium intake
• Increase potassium-rich foods
• Incorporate healthy fats (like olive oil & nuts)
• Emphasize fruits and vegetables

Food choices can lower blood pressure and improve heart health over time.

Small steps. Sustainable changes. Lifelong impact.

Thank you so much for having us :)

For individuals living with diabetes, nutrition plays a critical role.

Small shifts can make a big impact:
• Prioritize fiber
• Choose whole grains
• Balance carbs with protein
• Limit added sugars

Healthy eating can:
✔ Improve A1C levels
✔ Reduce complications
✔ Support energy levels

Managing diabetes is daily work. Nutrition is one powerful tool.
