Behind every filled prescription is a whole lot of patience, precision, and heart, and that’s exactly what our newest pharmacy tech brings to the team 💊💙

🧠 A skill pharmacy techs don’t get enough credit for:
Patience, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Filling prescriptions isn’t just counting pills, it’s juggling multiple tasks to make sure every patient gets the medication they need, safely and on time.

❤️ What part of our mission resonates most:
Breaking down the financial burden of medication. Helping people in our community who can’t afford their prescriptions live healthier lives is what makes this work so meaningful.

Meet Scott 👋 Our Development Director!

Scott’s journey to nonprofit development started after a successful career in aviation and a simple belief: we should all work to leave the world better than we found it. With a love for storytelling and connecting people to what they care about most, Scott found that fundraising was the perfect way to turn passion into real, measurable impact.

What drew him to Charitable Pharmacy? First, the mission...helping our community become the healthiest version of itself. But what truly sealed the deal was the people. Scott considers it an honor to work alongside a team so deeply committed to serving the under- and uninsured in Central Ohio.

When he’s not partnering with donors or rethinking what charity can look like (shoutout to Start With Why and The Way We Think About Charity Is Dead Wrong), Scott’s creative side comes out—he’d happily be a photographer or even an actor on Broadway 🎭

Fun fact: Scott has been dogsledding above the Arctic Circle 🐕❄️
