Long car rides are challenging because you don’t have the freedom to get up and move around at your leisure. Check out these exercises you can perform right from the seat of your car!
🚗 Sit Short E Sit Tall x 10-15 reps every hour. You can think of this movement like a seated cat cow, moving into full flexion and extension through your mid to low back.
🚗 Seated Lateral Shifts x 10-15 reps every hour. Shift your torso side to side as if you’re trying to bring your shoulder and hip closer together. You should feel a stretch on the opposite side.
