Friday morning yoga at The Healing Cottage - come join the magic!

This morning, I shared a deep and beautiful yoga practice with sweet friends from our growing community. 🌿💛 We moved, breathed, and opened our hearts together — and closed our circle by pulling cards from the Animal Spirit Oracle by Colette Baron-Reid.

Each card felt like a mirror, reflecting the truths and wisdom we most needed in this moment:

🐖 Pig Spirit – Use your mind wisely
🦌 Deer Spirit – Bring a gentle touch
🦗 Grasshopper Spirit – Take a leap of faith
🕊 White Raven Spirit – Trust in the magic
🦎 Lizard Spirit – Dream the world into being

The messages felt so intertwined with our practice — reminders to move forward with clarity, tenderness, courage, trust, and vision. ✨

I’m deeply grateful for this beautiful yoga community we’re building and for the deep work, personal growth, and soulful connections that bloom from it. Thank you for showing up — for yourself, for each other, and for the magic Spirit brings when we gather. 🙏💫
