From starting as an ABA therapist to excelling as an RBT and now thriving as a Lead RBT, Kealie’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. She is known for her strength, thoughtfulness, and genuine care, always going the extra mile to support both her clients and her teammates.

Her adaptability to work with clients of all ages, paired with her eagerness to continue growing both in the field and soon through pursuing her bachelor’s degree in ABA show just how dedicated she is to making a difference. Beyond her skills, Kealie’s positive energy and compassionate presence make her a true leader and an invaluable part of our IPT family.
