Until further notice Massage Oasis online calendar is closed and will not be taking new customers.

2025 is totally full and I am working on 2026 for current regulars. If you would like to book regular appointments for 2026 and I have not reached out to you yet please text me and let me know if you want your same schedule or you need to change days/times.

I am so grateful for ALL my clients. Thank you for making Massage Oasis such a success and always following me all over town.❤️

Great Warm up Stretch 💪

1.Start in a plank position with your hands directly underneath your shoulders, and your feet shoulder-width apart. (Or, you can put your knees down if you need to, creating one long line from your shoulders to your knees.)

2.Step your left foot forward just outside of the left hand, with that knee bent and the right leg remaining long behind you. Keep your torso as straight as possible.

3.Reach your left hand up toward the ceiling. Let your chest twist to the left and look at that left hand with your eyes, but try to keep your hips parallel to the ground.

4.Return your left hand to the floor, get back into plank position, then switch sides.
