My schedule is changing, and I will no longer be teaching a weekly vinyasa flow on Saturday afternoons!! 🥲

I have been teaching Saturday afternoon since I first started teaching! It’ll be the first time I think in my whole life that don’t have a whole weekend off - outside of workshop, series, classes, and the ytt program!! I’m very excited, but I also don’t know what I’m gonna do with myself!! Lol!! 😅

On the plus side, I will be adding a Thursday night 7:30p Donation Based Deep Stretch class! Free to sign up - any donations are welcome! I’m super excited for these changes!! 🥲👏

My last Saturday 12:30p class will be April 25! Sign up and come be silly with me for one last Saturday!🫠

Bestie Cara made me the most INCREDIBLE gift …. A hand-poked felt Bobber - with his actual hair that she had me collect and give to her post haircut!!! 🥹
unrue knows that this little stinker is my everything. My child, my love, my baby boy! 😭 The quality level on this beautiful piece of art is top-notch, next level, out of this world! It’s insane how it looks just like him! A perfect replica of my little Bobber Head!!!

I sobbed when she handed it to me. I realized in that moment that her and her child Molly have both given me a forever Bob. A little piece of him that I get to keep forever ….even when he is no longer with me, these little pieces will be. And for that, I am sooooo grateful!! 😭

Get you a bestie that knows your love language and becomes so fluent that you get the BEST surprises and the BEST kind of love.

My husBen and I celebrated 9 years married and 19 years as a couple yesterday!! I honestly can say that every single one of those 19 years have been better than all the ones before it. 🥰

We went to dinner at one of our favorite spots last night and talked about how successful we are together. How we’ve been a couple for a really long time, and how it’s a lot of hard work to stay committed and happy. We agreed that it’s something we’re pretty good at, which warms my heart because if we’re good at it - that means we’ve been putting effort into it. Anything worth having is worth fighting for and I’d fight for him until my very last breath.

The literal love of my life and man of my dreams. 🥲

No one else I’d rather be on this journey with!!

Getting better at it the longer I go, too!

It’s not an easy road to travel, and I can assure you, having a little bit of assistance from someone on the same path can make it feel a tiny bit more bearable!! Day 8 : Wild Root Yoga Challenge

Mindful Moment

This is me on my couch - taking a PAUSE. 😌

I work from home a LOT and sometimes it’s really difficult to turn things off and just step away from it. I love what I do with my whole heart, but sometimes, I really just need a minute. I like to sit here and stare out the window and zone the eff out! Normally RickBob is on my shoulder or somewhere close, which is always a nice snuggly addition!

This was the day I got my mole removed to prevent cancer from forming and spreading. I sat here and felt lots of feels, but mostly felt proud of myself for just going and doing the damn thing. I haven’t always been the best at taking care of myself but I’m working on it! And knowing that I can take a minute to check in on myself, or just take a breath, really helps! Little bits of self-acknowledgment can pile up, eventually creating self-care rituals and practices to better the whole system! Gotta start somewhere! Even if it is just looking out the window for a brief pause!! 🙃

Day 5 : Wild Root Yoga Challenge

This right here is by far my favorite way to get the most opening out of my heart space!
And the wheel is by far my favorite prop! Practicing these big chest openers with the wheel regularly has changed my backbends so much! And I get a nice little bonus massage with it back there too.. 🥰
