🦃 Our 5th Annual Thanksgiving Family Feast 🦃

We hosted our 5th annual Thanksgiving Feast last night at Traditions. An abundance of warmth and sense of community was packed into one very special evening. We’d like to express our gratitude to Chef Bob and our whole Culinary Department for their talent and hard work for this delicious meal. A special thanks to Lynn who has truly perfected our seating chart and for her diligent efforts at making sure we are efficient and accurate with our RSVPs.

To each and every staff member who stayed late taking care of residents, serving food, or cleaning up… THANK YOU!

To all of our friends and family who took the time to break bread with us, YOU are what makes this evening so wonderful! Whether it was your first Holiday Meal, or for some of you your 5th, we are blessed you spent the evening making memories with us!

Confidence Starts with Prevention

As we head into the colder months, it’s important to stay informed about fall prevention to help maintain safety and independence. Join us for an educational seminar presented by Best Choice Home Care, offering practical tips and evidence-based strategies to reduce fall risks during the winter season.

This informative session was developed by licensed physical therapists and registered nurses from Grace at Home, in collaboration with members of the Traditions Suite of Services - 360 Wellness and Best Choice Home Care.

Light refreshments and desserts will be provided. Residents and their loved ones are encouraged to attend!
