It’s hard to believe I’ve been in this profession for 23 years!
From ER nurse to Travel Nurse to Nurse Practitioner it has been quite the ride!
I’m grateful for a profession that lets me continue to grow and change with it!

Another one of my favorite screening tools, the CT Coronary Calcium Score. This is great for anyone at risk for heart disease which is still the number one killer.
I did one for the first time and it was so easy! Check out my results….

Heartburn, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, skin problems, hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions (and more) can all be caused by digestive/gut health problems.
This is one of the biggest health problems we have today and patients are rarely tested for it.
I am a big fan of the GI map and GI spotlight test and just recently got my own done. I eat pretty healthy and take probiotics but still have some work to do!

One of the really exciting things I got to do at was get my biological age tested with . Today I got the results back and was pleasantly surprised!
