I’ve been sharing a lot of gardening videos lately because if you know me, that is one of my greatest passions and excitements in my little life, but I started Peace to the People in 2016 with a vision to help people help themselves—healing and thriving in mind, body, and everyday life.
I can’t help but think of one of the most powerful quotes that stuck out to me over the years as a creative entrepreneur and former people pleaser afraid to speak on subjects that may ruffle feathers:
It is just as important to attract the right people as it is to repel the wrong ones.
While not implying some people are inherently “wrong” per se—this is a tribute to what I value: symbiotic relationships.
Mutually beneficial and aligned connections.
Choosing people who choose you, too.
Now more than ever, courage, honesty, and authenticity are desperately needed.
