Who are we?
At Preferred Care Hospice, our goal is to enable you to live in your own home comfortably, together with your family. Our team of doctors, nurses’ aides, counselors, chaplains and volunteers care for patients with cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, AIDS, congestive heart failure, diseases of the kidney, heart and lungs, and any other end stage illness. Preferred Care Hospice works to provide comfort and promote an opportunity to bond emotionally and spiritually with the patient.
Hospice is not a place but a concept of care. And we believe in providing peace in a place that allows you to be together with your family in the comfort of your own home. Anywhere a patient calls home.
