Feeling anxious or dealing with a headache? It may be due to an increase in solar activity.
The sun has always been around, and we've grown accustomed to its heat and light. And so, we tend to forget how incredibly powerful it is and how the different frequencies of energy it radiates can affect us.
Our sun is in a period of increased activity right now, having recently experienced a pole shift, and is throwing off a higher number of flares than it does in quieter parts of its cycle. When the energy from these flares hits the Earth, it causes her magnetic field to resonate, like a ringing bell.
This resonating effect triggers visible changes, such as the auroras seen near the polar regions, but it also triggers unseen energetic changes that effect humans and all living things.
If you have been feeling more anxious lately than usual, it may be due to this increased solar activity. Significant solar flares, such as the larger M-class and X-class, can cause symptoms like:
- Anxiety
- Jitters/nervousness
- Irritability
- Fatigue
- Heart palpitations
- Dizziness
- Nausea or stomach pain
- Hot flashes unrelated to hormonal changes
- Headaches or head pressure
These effects can last for days after the original flare as Earth's field resonance returns to normal.
Heart Breathing techniques can ease discomfort and help your energy system to process and integrate all the frequencies coming from the sun at times of increased activity. There are blessings and an invitation to shift with each flare.
