We need your help — your voice matters!
SB 275 will be heard next Wednesday in the House Ways and Means Committee, which contains language that would remove protections against rate cuts to home health agencies. This clearly indicates that FSSA intends to reduce Home Health rates very soon after the bill's passage. FSSA has already expressed frustration with the overhead component of the Home Health fee schedule, which will likely be the first target.

With ongoing Pathways issues and MCE challenges, now is the time to act. Please take a moment to contact your elected officials and urge them to oppose this language.
