gnoring bladder symptoms doesn’t make them go away — it usually makes them louder. 📣

Small leaks today can become bigger frustrations later. And the “wait and see” approach often leads to:
🔸 More urgency
🔸 More pad use
🔸 More bathroom mapping
🔸 Less confidence

The sooner you understand what’s going on, the sooner you get your freedom back. Bladder coaching is a simple, empowering place to start.

THIS is big news--minutes from being released. NO more FDA black box on estrogen products! So many women have dealt with negative health experiences because of fear from the FDA black box and early data that summarily led to dismissal of HRT as "causing cancer."

It's not that simple.

The population wide (including prescribing doctors) "hormone fear" has affected even sparing use of estrogen cream on vaginal and urethral tissues which are LIFESAVING for vaginal health and urinary infection prevention. In some uglier circumstances, women were blamed for their own cancers and told it was "because they took hormones." I've heard it all. I'm not saying hormone replacement systemically or vaginally is for everyone but the black box removal takes the intensity down a notch so we can move forward.

This opens the door back up for conversations, shared decision making and informed choices. It's a good day--way better than 2002 findings from Women's Health Initiative which sparked more than 2 decades of hormone fear. Cheers!! Now let's apply some vaginal estrogen cream already!! 🙂👩‍⚕️💃
