πŸ“’ Friday Feedback: Making a Difference! πŸ“’

This is our third post in our new "Friday Feedback" series, and we are incredibly thrilled to share some heartfelt insights from our patients regarding their stay and treatment. Their words truly highlight the dedication and impact of our team.

Here's what they had to say:

"Best decision of my life to come here. I feel stronger and more balanced. It helped me realize my self-worth, and I look at things different. The med changes are what I needed."

"I felt the group therapy was amazing and interactive. The staff showed empathy and hospitality and it's clear they know we are battling stuff and go the extra mile."

Special shout-outs to our amazing staff: Montana, NP Brock, and therapist Amy for being "awesome." Amy the therapist was also praised as "amazing," Lisa was "great," and Brandy "made a big difference and was so positive at breakfast," also leading "great karaoke groups." Techs Montana, Claire, Helena, and Obi were all recognized for showing "such great compassion."

We are so proud of our dedicated team for consistently going above and beyond to provide exceptional care and create a positive, healing environment. Thank you to our patients for sharing your experiences and for trusting us on your journey to wellness.

We had a fantastic time last Friday with the new team at the Franklin County Crisis Care Center!

We were thrilled to host a fish fry for the staff, an event headed up by our very own Juan Taylor. 🐟

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect and share a meal. It was especially great to meet and chat with Beth Schilling Plummer and see the intentional culture she has created 😊

We're excited about the future of our collaboration and look forward to working together to provide essential mental health support to our community.
