🎉Announcing Our Pilot Patient Connection Concierge Service!

We're thrilled to announce the pilot launch of our Patient Connection Concierge Service at Mount Carmel Behavioral Health! This new initiative is designed to ensure that every patient feels seen, supported, and understood from the moment they arrive through their entire stay with us.

At Mount Carmel Behavioral Health, we believe that true healing begins when you feel truly connected. Our specially trained Patient Connection Specialists will serve as a personal liaison for our patients, dedicated to enhancing their experience by providing:

Wellness Welcome Check-In: A warm, supportive welcome to ease the transition into our care and address any initial questions.

Patient Satisfaction Survey Delivery: Personal invitations to share feedback, ensuring your voice is heard and helps us continuously improve.

Family & Supporter Outreach: With patient consent, we'll connect with identified loved ones to keep them informed, answer questions, and offer guidance on supporting the recovery journey.

Visiting Hours & Educational Support: Guidance for patients and their support network on visiting hours, safety guidelines, and tips for meaningful interactions during their stay.

Our goal is simple: to walk with you every step of the way. We're incredibly excited about this pilot program and the positive impact it will have on our patients' healing journeys.
