What You'll Do:
As an RBT with SeedGrow ABA, you'll be instrumental in implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting vital data, and providing direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions. You'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), families, and other professionals to ensure our clients achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
📊 Collecting and recording data on client progress with precision.
🚨 Following established protocols for crisis intervention and safety.
🔎 Conducting preference assessments to inform interventions.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
💡 Assisting in the development of new interventions.
🔒 Maintaining strict client confidentiality and adhering to BACB ethical guidelines.
📚 Participating in ongoing training and professional development to sharpen your skills.
✔️ Maintaining your RBT credential.
Who You Are:
We're seeking a resilient and empathetic individual with:
🎓 A High School Diploma or equivalent.
✅ Active RBT certification (completion of a 40-hour RBT training course is required).
*️⃣ One year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
🗣️ Strong communication skills and the ability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
🤝 A steadfast commitment to client confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
🔄 Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in diverse settings.
💪 The ability to independently lift up to 70 pounds and implement Physical Crisis Management Techniques in emergency situations.
