Corie is a star Patient Service Representative at COPC, known for her positivity, leadership skills, and genuine care for both coworkers and the patients she serves. “I try to meet every patient where they are,” Corie says. “Sometimes they just need someone to listen, especially when they’re not feeling their best.”
Whether Corie is supporting clinical workflows, checking in patients, or creating useful tools for teammates, she brings a can-do spirit that lifts those around her. Her reliability and willingness to go above and beyond make a meaningful difference every day—creating smoother experiences for patients and a supportive environment for her colleagues.

Our SameDay Centers and Pediatric Support Centers are also closed. If you're unsure whether you need urgent, emergency-level care, our Care Navigation team is here to help! Call (614) 865-3125 for guidance. We're available seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

As a reminder- the oncall doctor is available for emergency questions only. Please hold all non-emergency questions, refill requests, and scheduling requests until the office reopens. MyChart messages will be answered in 2-3 business days for non-emergency concerns.

Weather Update:
RPA is closed during level 3 snow emergencies which Franklin County is currently under on Sunday 1/25.

We will delay opening on Monday 1/26 to 12 noon, but this could tentatively change depending on weather and road conditions. If Franklin County is still under a level 3 snow emergency tomorrow, we will remain closed for the day. If you have an appointment scheduled Monday morning, our office will be reaching out to reschedule.

In the event the office is closed 1/26, the oncall doctor is available for emergency questions, but we ask you wait until the office is open for non-emergency questions, refill requests, and scheduling. Mychart messages can be used for non-urgent questions or refill requests that can be answered in 2-3 business days.

We will keep everyone updated as we see how Snowmaggedon 2026 plays out.
