This client was uncertain about the eyebrow process. I conducted a consultation to address her concerns and provide reassurance. Given her light and sparse brows, she desired a subtle approach. We selected a color matching her hair perfectly and applied a gentle fill-in, shaping her arch evenly on both eyes. The outcome met her expectations, and she was very satisfied. I advise hesitant clients that a conservative approach is often best, as additional color or volume can be added during follow-up appointments. Most clients opt for slight enhancements during their touch-ups. She was very pleased when she left and that makes me happy too!
