Position Overview:
• Role: Nurse Practitioner
• Location: Columbus, Georgia
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Alabama
• Responsibilities: Providing in-home medical assessments, developing and managing care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
• Education: Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Certification: National certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
• Experience: Previous experience in home health or a similar setting preferred
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care
