Join us for the Walk With Me Sugar 5k Run/Walk Against Diabetes on August 23rd, with the race beginning at 9 am. The Walk is organized by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and all proceeds go to the Columbus Free Clinic!

Registration is free via the QR code in the flier, but please consider donating if you are able to!

Come visit us at our community pop-up clinic this upcoming Sunday 4/27 at Trinity Baptist Church (461 St Clair Ave, Columbus, OH 43203) between 11AM and 1PM!

We will be providing individuals with biometric health screenings determining their risks for developing diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, and many other important health conditions. If you are unsure about your individual risks for these conditions, this is a great opportunity to come find out and also establish consistent care with CFC.
