We know the logic of it - doing the same thing and expecting different results is foolish, but sometimes we it just feels like the 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 way, doesn't it?

There are lots of potential causes for our symptoms and that's why I'm doing a series that will help you make connections between symptoms, root causes and effective solutions.

I'm curious...

Are there certain factors that make it feel too hard to make healthy changes? I often see people waiting, hoping and even planning to improve their health, but they don't make the move to do it.

For me, knowing that a change is 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙚 instead of just guessing makes all the difference. I want to know that my effort is worth it and that I'm not going to make things worse.

I've found the best way to address this is to reference our DNA, because it allows us to personalize our diet, lifestyle and environmental options in a way that serves us best. If you'd like to learn more about what your DNA can tell you about getting healthier and preventing issues, I'll be having a session soon to review the details.
