Featuring Cognac in Blossom Bouquet, this bouquet is perfect for gifting, decorating, entertaining and more. All proceeds from bouquet sales will go directly back to the participating small businesses, with Courvoisier also donating funds to the National Urban League in support of their Entrepreneurship Center programming.

Battiste LaFleur Galleria is looking for experienced Floral Designers to join team!

Part time and full time hours are available.

Our designers are self-motivated, creative, experienced and talented, who will assist in the day to day business operations. Duties to include nurturing a safe work environment, provide exemplary customer service, product ordering (floral and hard goods), assisting our customers with placing phone in orders and who walk-in, helping with controlling shrink and other duties as assigned.

Our designer should be able to create bespoke out of the box floral designs, to include beautiful and caring floral arrangements for sympathy/funeral and couture wedding arrangements.

If you are interested in joining a team who offers amazing opportunity, this position is for you.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a retail floral shop. WE cannot train for this position.

Detail knowledge of design techniques, fresh floral products.

The ability to create floral arrangements for every day floral request, sympathy/funeral designs and wedding work.

Have the ability to stand during the entire shift.

Willing and able to work past normal hours during holidays and as needed.

Answer phones and take phone in orders

Assist walk-in customers
Professional appearance and demeanor A MUST!

TO EXUDE A positive attitude AND to remain calm under pressure.
