Congratulations to our multitalented therapist, Laura Comtois - her Adventure Race team placed third in the Women’s Division at the United States Adventure Race Association National Championship in Bentonville, AR this past weekend! To complete the 30-hour race, Laura and her team scavenged along an unmarked course searching for checkpoints - biking, trekking, and paddling towards their goal. Well done, Laura and her team - Best Running Friends, Best Adventure Racing Friends (Team BRF BARF)!

Congratulations to our top five finishers at the Cap City Half Marathon!!! Fit For Life PT Chelsea was the second overall women’s finisher and Fit For Life PT Blake was the fifth overall men’s finisher. These two are great runners, but they’re even better physical therapists. Congratulations to all of our friends and patients who participated today! 👏🏃‍♀️🏃🏆
