If you know Kim Bergeron, you know the definition of poised.
This lady has it together. I’ve known her many years and I’ve seen her in many roles in life, wearing various hats. If her own world were crumbling, you would never know it. She thinks before she speaks, she is prepared and calculated, and her end goal is always a solution.
When no one knows what to do, they go to Kim. She’s a fixer. The storm was no different. Kim showed up to work with ONE other person in the building where she is the business office manager. She brought calm and stability. She cooked, took orders, waited tables, came up with a plan, did payroll, and stayed late to make sure everyone was fed and cared for. I even overheard her genuinely thanking a resident for their kindness in expression over a tough situation. But, you see, that’s KIM. Kim is a right fighter (in a good way). The residents she supports are blessed to have her in their lives and so am I.
We love and appreciate you Kim and if you tell me to take this down, I’m not doing it. You deserve all the accolades my friend❤️well done!
