We’re excited to celebrate Adleyn Scott as our March Wellness Ambassador at Spring Harbor!

Adleyn is a talented artist and gifted piano player—you’ve likely seen her perform throughout the year, sharing her beautiful music with our community. Beyond her creative talents, she is deeply committed to her health and wellbeing and is a true encouragement to those around her.

💪 Her Go-To Activities:
Adleyn regularly participates in Strength & Conditioning at 8:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. When the weather is nice, she also enjoys walking outdoors—either independently or with our Tuesday/Thursday walking group.

🏋️‍♀️ Her Favorite Activity:
Strength & Conditioning! Adleyn loves the social connection and says the morning workout helps her start the day off right.

Adleyn dreams of visiting Paris one day and enjoying an authentic croissant!

Our Black History Month Theme Dinner may have already taken place, but it’s too special not to share.

Our Dining Team truly blew it out of the park with a beautiful and delicious Black History–themed buffet. Residents gathered around tables filled with incredible flavors and meaningful conversation as they enjoyed favorites like collard greens, candied yams, shrimp and grits, cornbread, fried chicken, and banana pudding — just to name a few!

At Spring Harbor, we love celebrating culture, history, and community — and there’s no better way to do that than around a table together. Thank you to our amazing culinary team for creating a memorable evening.

We had the sweetest visit today from our wonderful volunteer Wendy and her precious pup, Bella Rose 🐾💕

There’s just something special about pet therapy days — extra smiles, warm snuggles, and lots of happy hearts. Bella Rose made her rounds like a pro, soaking up all the love and giving it right back!

Thank you, Wendy and Bella Rose, for brightening our day in the best way. We can’t wait for your next visit!

Last night, Spring Harbor was filled with beads, masks, music, and so much joy as our Life Enrichment Team transformed the community for a festive Mardi Gras celebration! 💜💚💛

We’re excited to announce that Sam and Lee Miles were crowned this year’s Mardi Gras King and Queen!

From colorful masks to festive attire, our residents truly embraced the spirit of the evening. Be sure to scroll through and enjoy a sampling of our residents showing off their Mardi Gras flair — they absolutely understood the assignment!
