❤️ 💚💛 Today we celebrated Juneteenth in the only way we know how. BIG. A happy hour with some favorite foods; chicken wings, macaroni and cheese, greens and pound cake. Then our activity staff with assistance from our maintenance director took off to downtown New Albany with some of our residents for an evening of music, history and culture. It was a wonderful day remembering and reflecting. ❤️💚💛

Nothing but love as our activities director, Jessica, takes one for the team and a pie in the face from our resident council president. This has been an event talked about for months and today it finally happened!
