“Managing depression is a multifaceted process that often requires a combination of professional guidance, lifestyle adjustments, and small, daily victories. Because depression can impact energy and motivation, one of the most effective approaches is starting with small goals in each day. In example, changing the typical daily To Do list to a daily Have Done list can provide clarity for what has already been achieved.”

Important Note: If you or someone you know is in immediate distress or thinking about self-harm, please reach out by call or text to 988, the national crisis and su***de prevention hotline.
