This 45-year-old patient was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomies, chemotherapy, and 25 rounds of radiation on her right breast.

TIPS & INFO: There is always a learning curve with any new set of inks.

*The best matching will take place in a natural light source.

*SHAKE the bottles well.

*Please dilute your ink cup with Intenze color mixing solution OR DIP your needle in a wash cup each time and tattoo very conservatively as these inks deliver high saturation in the skin. (You can always make something bigger or darker on the 2nd session).

*When the inks are diluted, they will likely separate in the cup, so please be diligent that they stay mixed well during the tattoo process for even color distribution.

*Do not mix REACH compliant inks with any other inks. Mix only with ProNouveau or GenZ by Intenze.

*DO YOUR INK DRAWDOWNS. I feel this is important to see the value of each color as you can't go by the appearance in the bottle. If you mix or modify a color, do a quick drawdown before proceeding to put it in your client's skin

This patient has a history of a right breast phyllodes tumor, treated with a skin-sparing mastectomy followed by DIEP flap breast reconstruction.

The result is realistic, balanced, and beautifully healed.

BREAST CANCER_POST MASTECTOMY_

This patient was treated for breast cancer in both breasts with bilateral oncologic breast reductions and radiation therapy, which resulted in partial ar**la necrosis.

Unfortunately, her first tattooing experience (done by a nurse in the surgeon’s office) left a dark, ashy ring of ink around the ar**la. The pigment also fell out of the hypopigmented scars, leaving them patchy and void of color.

This correction required careful neutralization and custom blending to bring back a soft, natural appearance. I used the Ar**la Restoration Set of inks by The Ni**le Fairy® from by

At just 37 years old, this patient discovered a lump in her right breast while pregnant. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and treated with chemotherapy and bilateral mastectomies.

Her reconstruction was beautifully performed with a direct-to-implant approach by Dr. Michael McCormack in North Canton, Ohio.

To complete her restorative journey, we used a custom blend of Ni**le Fairy® inks for a soft, natural finish — and added a meaningful personal touch: a tiny heart-shaped Montgomery gland on her right side.
