Building a practice looks like showing up over, and over, and over and over again. And feeling what it’s like to practice tired, upset, overstimulated, joyful, tearful, busy, jet-lagged… you name it.

The practice gives us SPACE to feel, to get to know who we are beneath all of those emotions.

Which is why once the practice is in your life, it’s hard to let go of.
