For my Homeopathyclass we had to make our own travel kits. Now, there are some non-homeopathic things here, but I have to be realistic because I do live with a chronic illness. So, if I'm traveling when I have to take my monthly shot, it comes with.
Homeopathic Remedies:
Aconitum napellus 6c: sudden onset fevers, up to 102F
Apis 30c: swelling from insect stings or allergies
Arnica montana 30c: muscle pain & stiffness, swelling from injuries, bruising
Arnicare Cream: same as above, just topically. I feel that this works better for bruising as well
Arsenicum album 30c: diarrhea and vomiting w/weakness
Belladonna 6c: fevers up to 102F, headaches, migraines, sinus infections
Cocculus indicus 30c: for motion sickness that requires a person to lie down
Ipecacuanha 6c: relief for nausea and vomiting
Nux vomica 30c: upset stomach from overindulging in rich/fatty foods, overindulging in alcohol, nausea, and vomiting
Rhus tox 6c: relief from joint pain that improves with movement
Ruta graveolens 6c: helps with eye strain due to computer use or artificial lighting
I chose these items for my 1st aid travel kit because this is what I feel would be realistic to handle homeopathically during travel.
Non-Homeopathic Items:
Kesimpta auto-injector: I have MS, and depending on when I travel, this has to come with me. It is a monthly shot on the same day every month, and I switch legs each month. I lived with my MS and zero disease-modifying therapies for most of the past 15 years until last February, when I had a significant flare affecting my entire body. I decided it was no longer worth the risk of not being on a DMT.
Peace & Calming EO: This is great for calming tantrum-throwing kids down and helping ease them into a nap in the car. It just smells fantastic.
Tummygize EO: great to swipe on littles complaining of tummyache.
Owie EO: this oil is excellent for when littles injure themselves. I had to pull this one out shortly after taking the picture because my 5-year-old stubbed her toe.
