Welcome to Colville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia's drive in movie night (complete with a full concessions stand and popcorn from our authentic movie style popcorn machine).

Each month we host a drive in movie night for our residents, families, and staff. When the weather is nice, we actually host our movie nights outdoors in our beautiful courtyard.

At Colville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia, we take our activities program to an entirely new level! We have a full ceramics class that occurs at our facility weekly.

Here is just a portion of all of the amazing items created by our residents for the Northeast Washington Fair - "Barn Fun in the Sun". Just look at all those ribbons!!!!

This is just one of the MANY activities that sets us apart from other skilled nursing facilities! Thank you to Jacque and her amazing activities team for keeping our residents happy and living their best lives!!

Social interaction is crucial for society. Activities for our residents which includes a social focus are vitally important to overall wellness, especially for the maintenance of a meaningful and satisfying life. Without consistent social interaction, seniors can experience a variety of distressing conditions which can include debilitating loneliness, depression, and an increased risk of dementia. When residents become engage in social activities, they experience significant improvements in their physical, mental, and emotional health outcomes. Much of this improvement results from the ability to maintain healthy relationships and a continued sense of being part of society. That is why we feel a robust activities program to enhance our residents lives is important to there overall well being. For example, take a look at our miniature horse show with agility courses that our residents had the opportunity to participate it! What an amazing time for everyone 😀

Cascadia Healthcare cares about the communities we serve and live in. That is why each year, Colville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia hosts the Colville annual BBQ event. We have dunk tanks, amazing food, live music, door prizes, and a ton of fun! This last year we had the "dunk the administrator and director of nursing" event and had the most amazing pulled pork steak fry nachos. We love to have fun and enjoy the work we do. We are excited to host this years event again later this summer. Stay tuned for more details.
