Shoulder pain at night is common, but not normal.

🔥 Here’s why it happens:
- The shoulder is less stable at night, and sleeping positions can irritate it.
- Pain can be worse because you’re not moving much.

📣 Tips to reduce pain:
- Support your arm with a pillow. If you sleep on your side, your top arm often pulls forward and down, stressing the shoulder and causing pain.
- Don’t sleep directly on the painful shoulder. Direct pressure reduces circulation and irritates already sensitive tissue.
- Avoid sleeping with your arm overhead. Keep it close to your body with light support instead.

Shoulder pain at night isn’t normal—and it’s not something you should push through. Your body is giving you information.

If these tips don’t help, it’s time to have your shoulder looked at so you can protect your sleep, your movement, and your long-term function.
