Energy Starts At The Cellular Level

* Oxygen fuels cellular energy production
* Supports mitochondrial function
* Helps maintain energy processes
* Increases oxygen delivery to cells

Inside each cell, mitochondria are responsible for producing energy, and oxygen is a key part of that process. When oxygen availability is limited, energy production may become less efficient, which can influence how the body performs and recovers.

The SuperHuman Protocol follows a three-step process to improve oxygen delivery to cells:
✅ Step 1 uses pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy to help charge and prepare cells for optimal function.
✅ Step 2 is Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT), in which moderate physical activity is combined with supplemental oxygen to maximize oxygen absorption and distribution throughout the body.
✅ Step 3 utilizes red light therapy to further support cellular energy and recovery.

By following these steps sequentially, the protocol may enhance cellular oxygen availability, support mitochondrial function, and optimize your body's energy production.

Research continues to explore new ways to support people living with fibromyalgia.

While many approaches address short-term symptom relief, achieving lasting improvement requires a comprehensive understanding of the body's interconnected systems. Because fibromyalgia impacts energy, muscle sensitivity, and the body's ability to recover, effective care must take a holistic approach that addresses multiple systems simultaneously.

One promising area of research focuses on optimizing oxygen delivery throughout the body. Adequate oxygen is essential for cellular repair, healthy circulation, and efficient energy production. Recent studies suggest that Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) can enhance oxygen supply to muscles and tissues, potentially accelerating cellular recovery and improving overall well-being.

Improved oxygen availability may help support the body’s recovery processes and reduce fatigue and discomfort associated with fibromyalgia.

Understanding how oxygen supports cellular health continues to open new conversations about recovery and resilience.

🚨 88% of American adults are metabolically dysfunctional.

That's not a fringe stat. That's almost everyone.

It means most people taking GLP-1s, stacking supplements, or injecting peptides are doing it on top of a metabolic system that's already struggling — without knowing it.

Insulin resistance. Poor fat oxidation. Low cardiovascular fitness. These aren't things you feel right away. But they determine whether anything you take actually works.

The first step isn't a drug, a supplement, or a peptide. It's data.

💡 Discover more about PNOĒ Metabolic Testing offered here in Colville, Washington, at the Sumner Specialized Physical Therapy Clinic.

📊 When you undergo a PNOĒ metabolic test, you receive a comprehensive analysis of your body's metabolic function. The data provided includes your VO2 max (a measure of your aerobic capacity), metabolic rate (how many calories you burn at rest and during activity), fat and carbohydrate utilization (how your body uses different fuel sources), and precise heart and lung function metrics. This information helps tailor personalized training, nutrition, and wellness plans, ensuring you get the most effective guidance for your weight-loss, health, and fitness goals.

👍 Ready to take control of your health with real, personalized data? Call (509)684-5621 now to book your FREE Discovery visit and see how PNOĒ Metabolic Testing can transform your approach to lasting weight loss, better fitness, and optimal health.
