Are you going to let doubt get in the way of your dreams? You will never know until you try. It's rare to just have what you want to just fall into your lap. Everyone typically has to work for what they want. So get up and go get it because I can tell you I know I am and I will get to where I want to be in life. Nothing will stop me and nothing should stop YOU!

Do you ever wish the same?

I find people are not even true to themselves. We all hide behind something. Which I can understand no one should know everything about you but that doesn't mean you have to have a façade.

You can still be real and not share everything. You can still be yourself and not fake for society's sake.

Because let's face it, the more real you are the more real those around you will be. Why would you want those around you to NOT be real anyway?

You should have integrity for yourself. Integrity should be included in that self-love everyone keeps preaching. If you aren't true to yourself how can you be true others?

So ask yourself, do I have integrity in me for myself? Am I true to myself? Am I being my real self?

I know a good portion of the world needs to ask themselves those questions. We just might be better place if we did.

**if you do want to sleep with it on, make sure you put a towel(or two) on your pillow because this is very oily.**

Just mix:
1/3 cup of Aloe Vera
2/3 cup of rubbing alcohol

Optional: Add a few drops of an essential oil for a nice scent and an extra boost of aroma therapy.

Pour the mixture in an empty travel size bottle.

****This ONLY kills bacteria, not viruses.****
