d. We are based out of Copalli Café located in Spring Branch, TX. About 15 mi north of San Antonio. What can you expect from Alpha Omega Fit Eats? A menu that changes every week! We will offer an array of options to fit any pallet. 3-4 options will be available to choose from each week. Our vegetable selection will switch to reflect what vegetables are in season. We want to be sure that we supply you with not only the freshest produce but also the most nutrient rich. Meals will be following a 40% Protein, 30% Carbohydrate & 30% Fat macro breakdown. Meals will also be in MyFitnessPal to help you log and stay on track! Meals will be purchased in weekly plans. Each week includes 10 meals. You can mix and match between the options available on the weekly menu. Breakfast items are available also! You can purchase breakfast items individually or as a weekly plan. Pick up days will be on Monday and Wednesday each week. Pick up locations and times
