✨Sue Albin Magers ✨ Honoring the stories that make our community shine 👇🏻

Born and raised in Comanche, Sue Albin Magers has lived a life filled with achievement, tradition, and community. From riding Royal King offspring as a barrel racer to making history as the first woman to represent Tarleton in NIRA competition, Sue’s rodeo roots run deep. She qualified for the College National Finals Rodeo in 1965 and 1966, while her brother Billy helped Tarleton’s first rodeo team capture the national title in 1967.

Sue graduated as valedictorian from Comanche High School, went on to earn both a bachelor’s in business and a master’s in education from Tarleton, and later enjoyed a 40-year career with Comanche National Bank, retiring as Executive Vice President.

Since meeting her husband Randy in 1963, Sue has built a legacy of love, grit, and excellence that continues to inspire all who know her.
