Mark your calendar for Wednesday, Jan 31st and join us at 6pm at Comfort's Lobby Coffee for “One Pill Can Kill.” This FREE community awareness program will feature former DEA Special Agent Rick Goodrich who will discuss the dangers of Fentanyl, how it is made, distributed, sold, and how to avoid fake pills and other products which may be laced with fentanyl or other dangerous drugs. Mark your calendars! National Night Out in Comfort is Tuesday, October 3. Join us at 5pm at Food for the Soul (corner of 7th St and High St) for a community pot luck! You’ll meet your neighbors and get to know your Kendall County law enforcement officers and members of Comfort’s Volunteer Fire Department. At 6:30, the Comfort VFD will host a free movie night at the Lobby Coffee Shop (7th St and Front St). It’s going to be a great event for the whole family. Bring a dish to share and let’s celebrate National Night Out!
