Mindful journaling can help increase our awareness, help us make sense of our thoughts and feelings, enables us to slow down, and aids in the processing of emotions.

Journaling Tips For Beginners๐Ÿ“:

1. ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐—ฆ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น- Make journaling less intimidating by setting a goal to just write a fee words, emotions, or sentences a day.

2. ๐—š๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฎ ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ- Set aside time each day to journal. Many prefer to journal in the morning before the business of the day starts.

3. ๐—ž๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐—œ๐˜ ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ- You don't need to go out and spend any money. Journaling is something that can be done on a free phone app, in an old notebook, or even on a piece of printer paper.
