With sunrise coming later and less natural light during the day, our internal clocks can fall out of sync—impacting everything from energy levels to focus and mood. This is a good reminder of how sensitive our sleep cycles can be and how even subtle environmental changes can affect brain health.

What to know about cerebellar ataxia.

Cerebellar ataxia results from dysfunction of the cerebellum, which is part of the brain that helps regulate and control movement and balance. People may experience changes in gait, speech, and eye movements.
