Strength is built through stress—both physically and psychologically.
On National Exercise Day, we want to highlight the importance of training the mind just as intentionally as the body. Research shows that introducing and enduring manageable stress, followed by a period of recovery and reflection helps build resilience and expands our ability to regulate emotions.
