In 2025 I took the leap and became a certified Yoga Teacher.
It allowed me to dive deeper, and learned so much about my own practice and the true tenants of Yoga..
They say timing is everything.
With all the grief that I have experienced in the last three years, this ancient practice has saved me.
So we know that suffering will always be a part of our lives, and if you would like to experience a practice, that’s going to help navigate the unpredictability of life and also dive into an exploration of yourself -contact me.
