Kind smiles are what you get every time you walk into a Kids In Need of Dentistry clinic. Cynthia and Arianna, our Commerce City location Dental Assistants are an incredible example! They support our dentists by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly. Kids love them, parents trust them, and we couldn’t do it without them.

At Kids In Need of Dentistry (KIND), we’re incredibly proud to offer General Anesthesia Days at our clinics — because every child deserves dental care that feels safe, comfortable, and fear‑free.

For some of our patients, traditional dental visits can be overwhelming. General anesthesia allows us to complete important procedures without pain or stress, giving families—like Maria and her kiddos—peace of mind and healthy smiles.
Last week, while one of her little ones received care, Maria waited patiently in our lobby. Afterwards, she shared these kind words:

“We had a great experience. The treatment toward my child was excellent. They were very kind.” — Maria (name changed for privacy)

We’re grateful for families like hers and proud to provide compassionate, accessible dental care for Colorado kids.

Access to dental care shouldn’t depend on transportation or income. KIND partners with schools across Colorado to bring preventive care directly to students — keeping kids healthy and in the classroom. In 2025 KIND's Chopper Topper Teams visited 89 different schools in the Denver Metro area, acting as a critical pipline getting kids to the dental care they need.

KIND’s Chopper Topper teams bring preventive dental care directly to Colorado schools — helping kids stay healthy, confident, and ready to learn.

In 2025 Chopper Topper served more than 6,000 kids in over 100 different schools - setting up an entire mobile clinic, screening tens of kids for oral health problems, sealing molars, then tearing it all down to move to the next school - all in a days work.
