I'm a nurse and I love to run so my body takes a beating. The one thing over the last 10 years that has kept my body and mind in check has been yoga. I've driven the entire Denver/Boulder area to take classes, wishing there was something closer. I've dreamed of a studio being in the Northern Commerce City area for a long time. Now my dreams are becoming a reality. I am opening a studio to bring the benefits of yoga to my beautiful community. My goal is to provide a place where everyone can come for fitness, peace, strength and healing. I will provide a wide range of high quality classes at an affordable price. Classes will include hot yoga, vinyasa flow (very aerobic), slow flow, toning, yoga basics, kid's yoga, mommy and me and a mat Pilates class. We hope to be open in March 2015.
