Have you already delivered your baby? - How are you feeling? Are you feeling like you haven’t returned to your normal, “pre-pregnancy” self?

If you are reading this and it is hitting home in any way, we ask that you join us for this workshop that will deep dive into all things around pregnancy and the not-so-talked-about 4th trimester.

Having the opportunity to grow a human is a true miracle and you should fully be able to enjoy your pregnancy journey and continue to enjoy it after you deliver.
