Glen and Sue went to a mental health day for the senior citizens at the Macomb County Senior Center with the fabulous Aetna!They talked about mindfulness, made calming bottles and they created their own t-shirt with a variety of decals.

The girl scouts (troop #78257) had a guest speaker from the Oakland County, Sheriff come in with one of their Comfort K9s at The Rail! These dogs are used during difficult situations, like accidents or telling loved one hard news.

Last week, we had the opportunity to collaborate with the Aspiring Educators of Michigan State with our calming bottle program! It was a fabulous night presenting on mindfulness and how to incorporate it into classrooms!
