Huge shoutout to our guy from the Philly Waterdogs, Zach Currier, for having a crazy season so far! First of all, he was the first player with 200 points and 300 groundballs, was awarded 2nd Team All-Pro, and scoring left, right, and all of the above.

Greer’s goal is to play this upcoming lacrosse season, which makes that our goal as she goes through our Return To Play Bridge Program.

Greer is a junior at Ike, and she tore her ACL in January 2025. She is currently in Phase 2/3 in our Return To Play Bridge Program, and we are determined to help her go into her season confidently, both physically and mentally. We are excited to see her progress and help her accomplish her goal!

You can only measure progress in the numbers.

Check out the leaderboard from last Combine Week! At AR we use the Test-Teach-Train-Track method to measure progress in training every 8 weeks. By combining scientifically developed protocols, feedback, and specialized equipment, AR aims to maximize power, speed, agility, and sport‑specific skill.

The next testing week will be from 1/5 to 1/10, 2026.

He shows up consistently, gives his best effort every time, and brings great energy to every session. Over the weekend, we were proud to help sponsor the 15th Annual Outrun Hunger 5K & 1 Mile Charity Event in Commerce Twp!
This incredible event raises funds to help feed more than 11,200 Lakes Region families during the holiday season. 100% of donations and registrations go directly to their partnering food pantries, Hospitality House Food Pantry of Commerce and Open Door Outreach Center of Waterford.
We’re so grateful to have been part of such a meaningful community event. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent, and a shoutout to our neighbors (both at the center and at the event) at HealthQuest Physical Therapy!

Local Parents of Student Athletes Open Training Center

Ginger and Tim Kennedy spent years trying to find local Sports Performance Training for their sons for years. Finally they decided “if you are going to do something right do it yourself”. They searched for the right location for years and finally found their home in Commerce Township, in the heart of the community their sons grew up loving. As the business came together more services are added. Check out the website for the elite services they have brought to the area.

COVID-19 was a downer, being they opened on Februay 8, 2020 and closed on March 16th due to EO. Being registered as medical with our Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, CryoTherapy and Training Protocols for Injury Prevention we were able to open on a limited basis.
