I am so excited to share that I have partnered with an incredibly talented photographer, Logann Re*****on of Logann Re*****on Photography, to serve my clients with beautiful, meaningful images. When it comes to maternity, Fresh 48, newborn sessions, and beyond, Logann is someone I trust wholeheartedly.
I also had the incredible privilege of serving as her doula as she welcomed her son into the world, which makes this connection even more special to me.
She has a true gift for capturing the heart of each moment, preserving not just how it looked, but how it felt. Her calm, kind presence helps families feel comfortable and seen, allowing genuine connection and emotion to shine through in every image. With wonderful client experiences and a natural ability to connect with people, she consistently delivers photographs that families will treasure for a lifetime.
It means so much to me to be able to refer my clients to someone who aligns so deeply with my values of care, connection, and authenticity. If you are looking for a photographer to document your journey, I highly recommend Logann.

Happy 4th birthday to my first in-person clients baby!!! đź’“ I can't believe he is 4yrs already!! I had done a few virtual clients before him, but his mama and daddy were my first experience as an in-person doula. Watching him take his first breath ignited a passion in me, and it has only grown stronger. Each family I serve has such a special place in my heart. This one... he came first! HAPPY BIRTHDAY WILD ONE!! Your doula loves you!!!

April is C- Section Awareness Month 🤍
This is a doula whisper from my heart to yours.
A Cesarean birth is not the easy way out.
It is major abdominal surgery, layer by layer, that requires strength and courage.
Some mothers have to accept a planned Cesarean for medical/safety reasons.
Others walk into birth expecting a natural delivery, and things change along the way.
Both stories are valid.
Both require courage.
Both deserve deep support and respect.
That is where a doula can make a powerful difference.
I will support you by:
*Helping you prepare mentally and emotionally for a planned Cesarean birth
*Creating a calm and informed environment so you feel confident and not overwhelmed
*Supporting your partner so they can be present and connected with you
* Being the calm for you to barrow from, if your birth takes an unexpected turn
*Supporting your recovery and helping you process your experience afterward...
Because birth is not just about how your baby arrives, and as a C-section mama myself, I understand this personally.
It is about how you feel while it is happening and how you carry that experience with you.
Whether your C-section is planned or becomes part of your journey, you deserve to feel supported, respected, and your journey should be honored.
If you are preparing for a Cesarean or would like support in case your plan shifts, I am here for you 🤍

World Doula Week 2026
This week is a time to honor, celebrate, and bring awareness to the incredible impact doulas have on families, through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Doulas provide continuous, non-judgmental, evidence-based support. We are there to educate, encourage, and walk alongside you, never to make decisions for you, but to help you feel confident in your own.
And the impact is real.
✨ Studies show that having a doula can: *Reduce the likelihood of a cesarean birth
* Shorten labor
* Decrease the need for pain medication
* Improve overall birth satisfaction
*Increase breastfeeding success
*Lower rates of postpartum anxiety and depression
But beyond the statistics…
We hold hands.
We remind you that you are capable.
We breathe with you.
We advocate for your voice to be heard.
We create calm in moments that feel overwhelming.
From the prenatal season, helping you prepare and feel informed…
To labor, offering steady, grounded, hands-on support…
To postpartum, helping you rest, recover, and adjust…
This work is deeply personal. It is sacred.
Being invited into one of the most meaningful and vulnerable seasons of someone’s life is not something I take lightly. It is truly one of the greatest blessings and honors of my life to be a doula.
To every family I’ve supported, thank you for trusting me.
To every mother walking this journey, you are stronger than you know.
And to every doula out there, your work matters more than words can express.
Happy World Doula Week 🤍

When you’re in labor, what matters most isn’t the outward appearance, age, the vehicle they drive or how many followers your doula has on social media. It is the sense of safety, calm and support your doula brings into the room.
In that space, you’re not thinking about what’s trendy, what looks perfect, or what fits an image.
You’re wondering:
“Will someone stay calm if I get scared?”
“Will someone remind me I can do this?”
“Will someone help me feel safe, supported, and not alone?”
Birth is raw. It is emotional. It is powerful and vulnerable.
One of the most meaningful days of your life deserves the most thoughtful and caring support.
What so many mothers truly need is a presence that feels like home in human form. Steady, comforting, and grounded.
That’s the kind of care I bring.
I’m the one who will stand beside you and sway with you…
rub your head…
offer hip squeezes and counter pressure when your body needs it most…
I will also look you in the eyes, with a steady and reassuring voice, and remind you:
“You’ve got this. You can do this.”
I’m the one who brings the cozy blanket…
the sweet treat…
who gently tucks you in and helps create a space where you can breathe and feel cared for.
I’m your encourager.
The calm in the room.
The non judgmental listening ear.
The one you can text or call in the middle of the night when everything feels overwhelming.
Something many families don’t realize they need is a steady support that is calm, consistent, and carefully centered on you. This kind of support comes without the added pressure or emotions that can sometimes come with family dynamics.
I am also here to support your decisions. I will provide information, walk you through your options, and help you feel confident. I am not here to sway you or push an agenda. My role is to stand beside you and back you every step of the way.
There is something deeply valuable about a seasoned, nurturing presence. Someone who can hold steady in the intensity, meet you where you are, and walk with you through it all.
As a full spectrum doula, I support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with warmth, experience, and heart.
If you’re looking for support that feels safe, steady, and deeply caring, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Call to book with me today!

When you look at my new cover photo, you’ll see many sweet little faces.
Those babies belong to mothers I had the honor of serving as their doula.
Some of those babies I held in my arms.
But many are not pictured, because I never held them.
When they were making their way into the world, my arms were wrapped around their mama.
That’s the heart of doula work.
So many people come to a birth ready to hold the baby.
A doula comes ready to hold the mother.
To hold her hand when labor gets hard.
To steady her when the waves feel strong.
To remind her of her strength when she forgets.
To serve her, support her, and stand beside her as she brings her baby earthside.
Those babies in the photos are beautiful reminders of the mothers who trusted me during one of the most powerful moments of their lives.
There are also precious babies not pictured there.
Babies whose births required every bit of my attention to be wrapped around their mothers.
Mothers I held so they could keep going.
Mothers I steadied so they could bring their babies into the world.
Those families hold just as much space in my heart.
Because sometimes the greatest way I can hold a baby…
is by holding their mama.
And it will always be one of the greatest honors of my life to walk beside these women as they bring their babies earthside.
