Introducing the newest member of our wellness team, Mia!

Hi! My name is Mia (meeyah). I graduated from Irenes myomasology institute in 2023 and have been working on my craft ever since! While in school for massage, I worked as a flexologist at a stretch lab as well as taught yoga part time as I obtained my certification in 2022. With this experience of passive stretching and yoga teaching, it has helped me to educate my clients on stretching and movement patterns. It has also helped me to add therapeutic techniques and stretching to my massage style! If you are looking for a deep relaxation massage that incorporates a mix of therapeutic and intuitive/holistic techniques, I may be a good fit for you. I am looking forward to working with you!

Modalities: swedish, deep tissue, prenatal/side lying, hot stones, cupping, pressure point, lymphatic

Busy busy busy.
We are running around, planning the meals, organizing the festivities, cleaning the house, making sure everything is just right for the holiday weekend. I know because I just left Costco (holiday spirit is thick), and I cant imagine the grocery stores over the next couple days. Fun fun fun!

Body Language wants to keep things as NORMAL as possible.
Take time to show up.
Know the holiday schedule.
And pre register for the classes you want to attend.
