Catalyst Training Center West Michigan’s queerest gym & community space • Personal training, movement-based classes & FRC-powered programs.

Personal and Group Training with nutrition coaching, weight management programs as well as strength and conditioning programs are available. We also work with young athletes to help them with sport specific personal training such as baseball, volleyball, soccer, hockey, basketball, rugby, crew, powerlifting, strongman and more.
