Today is rest day from the gym so I am recapping since I started hitting the gym again. Before is around September 12 and after is this week.
Maturing and growing in the gym has taught me even if the scale doesn’t change if the way you feel about yourself has improved and if what you see in the mirror has improved it is still a lot of progress. Progress over perfection always!
