Ayurvedic Digestive Chutney
A nourishing blend for gut, energy & balance
🥣 Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds – 50 g
Cashews – 100 g
Peanuts – 100 g
Grated coconut – 100 g
Black pepper – 2 tbsp
Paprika – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 7–10 cloves (adjust to taste)
Dry curry leaves – 1 handful (optional)
Salt – 2–3 tbsp (to taste)
🔪 Method
👉🏻 On low heat, dry roast pumpkin seeds, cashews, peanuts, and cumin until lightly golden and aromatic.
👉🏻 Allow the mixture to cool completely.
👉🏻 Add garlic and dry curry leaves.
👉🏻 Transfer roasted ingredients to a blender, add black pepper, paprika, and salt.
👉🏻 Blend into a fine powder or your preferred texture.
