🚪 If your metabolism feels “sluggish,” your cells might be ignoring their own messages.

Insulin’s job is to deliver glucose (sugar from food) into your cells for energy. With insulin resistance, the cells stop answering the knock — glucose piles up outside while your body sends more and more “delivery trucks” (insulin) to get the job done.

This makes your metabolism work harder for less return, affecting energy, hormones, inflammation, and long-term health.

3 labs can reveal it early:
1️⃣ Fasting Insulin 3–5.5 mIU/mL – often rises first
2️⃣ Fasting Glucose 70–90 mg/dL – may stay normal at first

Autism Spectrum Disorder isn’t something to be fixed. It’s a different way of processing, sensing, thinking, and connecting. And like any other neurotype, it comes with strengths, sensitivities, and needs.
